As a dedicated Realtor®, I bring a passion for helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process with ease. Having been in your shoes as both a buyer and seller, I understand the challenges and excitement that come with each step—and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, my family and I returned to the State College area in 2019. We love being part of this vibrant community and enjoy the many activities it offers.
With three children active in sports and two dogs keeping us on our toes, I understand the importance of finding the perfect home for every stage of life. As a family, we enjoy trips to the Penn State Berkey Creamery for ice cream and spending our summers playing outside. My husband, a proud Navy Veteran, and I have firsthand experience with the VA loan process. We also recently built our forever home, giving me unique insight into the construction and financing journey.

Rick Swanger
Rick Swanger is passionate about helping buyers and sellers in the State College area and beyond. He takes a lot of pride in serving previous clients over and over — it's the best compliment ever!
Born and raised in Centre County, Rick has been involved in the local real estate market for decades (he was licensed in 1989). After working at another real estate brokerage and being successful there, he joined RE/MAX Centre Realty in 1998. They have a great feeling when touring the area with clients having known what was where 60+ years ago.
Rick is happy to help buyers and sellers with various needs, but he specializes in residential sales, rental and investment properties, relocations, and new builds. Additionally, Rick has received the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation, meaning he can offer unparalleled service and commitment to today’s buyers.
He’s received various awards from RE/MAX, including the 100% Club, Platinum Club, Hall of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement awards.
